In your expert opinion an international police procedure please explain to us the Correct way to aprehend a criminal who refuses to stop for Police???? Have you ever tried??? In my country if a felon goes through 2 red traffic lights he is endangering the public and may cause an iminent accidend and we are allowed to shoot. I think the only thing that is discusting around here is your ignorance??

Yeah, same in the United States, you never see our police driving on the sidewalk. If there was that much traffic, they would use the helicopter. Still looks really fun, when you ignore the fact you're putting innocent lives in danger.
