Sorry but your wrong, watch a video of just the Veyron accelerating from 0-60. It does it in 2.8 seconds. It may have turbo lag, but remember it's still an 8 liter engine, and it has 4 turbo's instead of 2 bigger, or 1 giant one, this helps it to create boost quickly. They snailed on the start for effect.

The veyron did not start later on purpose lol it was the turbos inside it causing turbo-lag that's why it didn't go first
